10 ways you could cope with depression

* Talk to someone you trust
* Count to 10 and take a breather from the situation
* Cool off in front of a fan if that calms your nerves
* Sit in a really quiet place and think: where is the source of this coming from
* Exercise daily
* Sometimes a source of entertainment is the solution to a temporary problem
* Sometimes timing is the key to certain problems
* Eat nutritious foods
* Read a book
* Pray to the Lord Jesus Christ for help. he has all the answers.
