And today I got it in the book of Psalm 101:2 it says: "I will be careful to lead a blameless life when will you come to me?
I will walk in my house with a blameless Heart"

A. MECHANICS

1. The contest is open to all amateur and professional 2D and 3D animations with a minimum of 24 frames per second.
2. All enries must be at least a 3-minute short story animation and centered on the theme: "Tayo na! Trabaho na!".
3. All animation entries must be an original production and must not constitute an infringement of copyright or an invasion of the rights of any third party.
4. Each entry must not have been previously used in any medium in the Philippines or abroad, must not have been shown in public, and must not have won in any similar competition prior to its submission to the contest.
5. DOLE logo must be included in the output. The material is available at the DOLE website www.dole11.net.
6. All animations submitted for judging must be appropriate for general audiences,persons of all ages, and should not contain explicit violence, explicit sexual content, or explicit language inappropriate for children.

B. REQUIREMENTS

1. Duly filled-up APPLICATION FORM (available online at www.dole11.net or DOLE XI Regional Office and all Provincial offices).
2. Each particiant is allowed only one entry with a synopsis of the story.
3.Submit CD output in 3 copies together with the raw file in any of these formats: EXE(Flash), AVI, MOV, MPEG.
4. Last day for submission of entries with entry form is on May 29, 2009 at DOLE XI Regional Office, 5:00pm.

C. SELECTION OF WINNERS

1. Selection of the 10 finalists (entries) will be on June 1, 2009.
2. The top 3 winners among the 0 finalists will be determined by a panel of judges chosen from the computer animation and advertising industry, fine arts professionals and high ranking officials of DOLE-XI based on the following criteria:

20% - Relevance to the Theme
(Must be able to capture the essence of the theme)

10% - Over-all impact
(Effect of the output)

60% - Quality/Difficulty/ Creativity
(Scenes composition, audio editing and content)

10% - Originality
(The more originally created, more points will be awarded.
Cites all works and sources.)
3. The top ten (10) entries will be shown on June 12,2009 during the celebration of Independence Day at a venue to be determined by DOLE XI. Winners will be proclaimed on the same day.
4. The decision of the panel of judges is final and irrevicable. In the event of a tie, the judges wil select the entrant who received the highest score for its "originality" .
5.Winning entrants give permission, irrevocable and in perpetuity, to reproduce, copy, re-edit/polish, publish, brodcast or otherwise use the entry in any media whatsoever including, without limitation for any and all DOLE XI advertising, promotions and other purposes of trade.
6. Winning entrants also agree to polish or re-edit the entry, in coordinationwith DOLE XI, for specific period of time.
